- This movie ticket is won by accepting the terms & conditions of the offer and by participating in the activities which are part of the scheme.
- The scheme is applicable in Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Hazaribagh, Deoghar, Muzaffarpur, Sambhalpur, Jhasuguda and Sonai.
- This scheme cannot be clubbed with any other scheme.
- No demand challenging the lucky draw would not be entertained. Decision of the Eylex authorities would be final.
- This offer to participate in the scheme is valid following the participation in the quiz organised by Eylex on official pages of Eylex on either FACEBOOK, TWITTER, INSTAGRAM by Eylex by any consumer who participated and who thereafter elects to participate in the offer via lucky draw by Eylex designated authorities.Links of all official pages have been mentioned below.
- Participation in the offer is purely voluntary. By participation in the offer, it is deemed that you have accepted the terms and conditions mentioned herewith.
- The above offer is by and at the sole discretion of the Eylex authorites – Marketing Division disclaims any / all liabilities, cost or expenses whatsoever may arise in relation to the offer.
- This offer is a weekly offer valid between the designated period defined in the creative shared with the quiz or until the Eylex authorities define, whichever is earlier.
- The movie ticket so offered cannot be redeemed for actual cash or adjusted against the price of any product or service by Eylex. The ticket cannot be transferred to another individual.
- For each lucky draw, the participants shall be entitled to one (1) couple movie ticket only. the Eligible Customer shall not be entitled for any additional movie tickets. This offer cannot be clubbed against a single participant. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other prevailing promotions and offers as may be offered by on or behalf of the Company from time to time.
- Eylex will offer the movie tickets of movie available that week. It would be sole discretion of the Eylex authorities to offer which theatre/ multiplex respect to conduct/ showcase of the chosen movie. The Eligible participants’ demands as to the movie and/or the Theatre and/or the seats shall not be entertained.
- The tickets as shared by Eylex do not offer any kind of free snacks/beverages or any other additional facility on site or elsewhere.
- Offered free couple movie tickets after the correct answer provided in the comment section of relevant official pages mentioned above with reference to the quiz posted can be availed in the next week (between Monday to Thursday) after the declaration of the winner.
Winner of the lucky draw will need to share his photo at Eylex to be posted on social media. Platinum seats would be provided and the winner needs to arrive at the multiplex / theatre one (1) hour prior to the actual show time.
This Offer is not valid for any employees of Eylex.
The stores and or trade partners reserves the right to modify, cancel, extend, or discontinue the Offer, or any part thereof, without ascribing any reason and without any requirement for any prior notice to the Eligible Customers.
